Arrival and Departure

The cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival.  I will send you details of how you will obtain the keys shortly before your stay.

You will need to have vacated the cottage by 10.00am at the latest on the day of your departure to provide sufficient time for it to be prepared ready for the people who will follow you later in the day.

Please keep the cottage clean and tidy during your stay because there will be a short time in which to get it ready for the people who will follow you.  For example, it would be appreciated if during your stay you could remove wet and muddy footwear before you go into the cottage. If you could, as far as possible, leave the cottage as you find it that would be great!  

Occupation

The cottage must only be used as a base for your holiday and must only be occupied by the number of people included at the time of the booking, unless subsequently agreed prior to your stay.  It is not to be used as a venue for friends and/or family not included in your booking to visit you and/or stay overnight.  It is also not to be used for Stag or Hen Parties.

Wifi

The Wifi is free.

No Smoking

Smoking is absolutely not permitted anywhere in the cottage.

Breakages

Please take care of the cottage and its contents during your stay but don't worry if something gets broken accidentally - just leave a note so that the broken item(s) can be repaired or replaced.

Additional charges

There are no additional charges.  Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.  The heating and fuel for the wood/peat burning stove are also included.

Dogs

Sorry, dogs are not allowed.
